At Mcwhandmade, we take pride in our artisanal craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your unique fashion pieces. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all handmade tags and protective seals are still intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
